Prior to the real estate industry Declan worked for JP Morgan Chase as a Vice President, Banking Center Manager in the Chicago land area. This has made Declan very knowledgeable when it comes to mortgages and most importantly the investment side of the industry and returns on real estate investments. Declan has also spent time with Cendant consulting to some of the world’s major brands, securing company’s assets and making sure best practices were followed. This also transferred over to real estate. Declan has an eye for detail and will always practice and do the right thing by both client and customer. Declan is a member of the NAR National Association of Realtor and the CAR Chicago Association of Realtors.
